Make 44 oz of simple syrup from:
- 4.5 cups water
- 4.5 cups sugar
Microwave on high until mixture begins to boil and stir Refrigerate to cool.
Margarita base Randy’s
- 12 oz brandy ($6.00)
- peel of 2 oranges ($2.00)
- peel of 3 limes ($1.50)
SV at 150 degrees for 4+ hours Strain & Cool
Mix in:
- 44 oz of Cooled Simple Syrup (above) ($2.50)
- Randy’s Margarita Base (above)
- 30 oz Tequila ($15.00)
- 7.5 oz can of 7UP ($0.50)
- 15 oz. ReaLime lime juice (2.89)
- 20 oz. ReaLemon lemon juice (2.89 / 15 oz)
- 2 Tablespoons Citric Acid ($1.00)
