Smoked Tomato Soup Cheez-Its


  • 1 Family Sized Box of Cheez-Its
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 Tablespoons Melted Clarified Butter
  • 8 Tablespoons Randy’s Beefy Rub
  • 8 Tablespoons Knorr Caldo de Tomate Tomato Bullion


  1. Toss the Cheez-Its in butter and Worcestershire sauce
  2. Mix the Beefy Rub and Bullion in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle half the mixture onto the Cheez-Its and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Smoke at 200 – 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining butter and seasonings and smoke for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
