Smoked Tomato Soup Cheez-Its
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Family Sized Box of Cheez-Its
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 Tablespoons Melted Clarified Butter
- 8 Tablespoons Randy’s Beefy Rub
- 8 Tablespoons Knorr Caldo de Tomate Tomato Bullion
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toss the Cheez-Its in butter and Worcestershire sauce
- Mix the Beefy Rub and Bullion in a bowl.
- Sprinkle half the mixture onto the Cheez-Its and toss to coat evenly.
- Smoke at 200 – 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Add the remaining butter and seasonings and smoke for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
