INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan or Romano cheese (omit if freezing for later)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the basil leaves and pine nuts in a food processor.
- Pulse
- Add garlic and cheese and salt
- Pulse
- Scrape does not the sides
- Process streaming in 1/2 cup olive oil
