- 10 Red Potatoes small
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- dried oregano
- dried onion flakes
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- Clean potatoes and cut them in half.
- Coat with olive oil and spices
- Place on aluminum foil and wrap into a sealed pouch.
- Cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or 30 minutes on a hot grill.
