I am anxious to try this on steaks.
- 1 stick softened butter (not melted)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan (or other strong) cheese
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper (finely ground)
- 2 tsp sage (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp rosemary (finely chopped)
- Mix together:
- I used a fork to smash ingredients together.
- For multiple sticks of butter, you could probably use a mixer.
