Bread Machine Sweeter White Bread


  • 3/4 cups water warm, 110 degrees
  • 4 tbsp White Sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp yeast Rapid Rise / Bread Machine
  • 3/16 cups vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt


  1. Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
  3. If you are making bread on the Rapid cycle, double the yeast.
