- 3/4 cups water warm, 110 degrees
- 4 tbsp White Sugar
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast Rapid Rise / Bread Machine
- 3/16 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes.
- Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
- If you are making bread on the Rapid cycle, double the yeast.
