Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 – 4 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoon salt (, or to taste)
- ground pepper
- 2 28oz cans cento tomato puree
- 1 12oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 lb bacon (optional)
- Chopped baby portabella mushrooms (optional)
Instructions:
NOTE:
If making spaghetti, boil noodles for 1 or 2 minutes less. Drain (most) of the liquid. Add sauce to the noodle mix and return to the stove and stir until the spaghetti noodles are completely done (4 – 5 minutes). This will flavor the spaghetti noodles with the sauce.
