INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of broccoli (pre cooked) Steamed is best
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup of rice (pre cooked)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- onion to taste
- Cheddar cheese (as much as you like, saving some for the top)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour into a casserole dish
- Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
