Noodles – Easy Egg

This recipe makes fresh non-raising egg noodles suitable for chicken noodle soup and stroganoff.


    1. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2. 1 pinch salt
    3. 2 eggs
    4. 1/2 cup milk
    5. 1 Tbsp butter


  1. Add dry ingredients to Mixing bowl
  2. Cut butter into 1/4″ chunks and add to mixing bowl
  3. Pour milk into measuring cup
  4. Add eggs to milk and whisk with fork
  5. Add liquids to mixing bowl
  6. Mix with a dough hook for 3 to 5 minutes until all the flour is incorporated
  7. Flour the outside of the dough ball
  8. Wrap dough in plastic wrap or Ziplock bag
  9. Let the dough rest for 10 to 30 minutes
  10. Roll out and cut into noodles.
