Beer Batter Fish Fillets

Grandma Great’s Recipe   Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/4 tsp pepper 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1 cup beer Instructions: Beat together. Dip fish first in flour then batter. Deep fat fry 2 to 4 minutes in hot oil.
