INGREDIENTS:
- 6 quarts of popped corn
- 1 Cup butterĀ (2 sticks)
- 2 Cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/2 Cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat Oven to 250.
- Coat a roasting pan with PAM.
- Place pre-popped corn in roaster.
- Slowly melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in brown sugar.
- Stir in corn syrup.
- Stir in salt.
- Stir continuously until boiling.
- Boil 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in baking soda.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour mixture over corn and stir.
- Place corn in oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
