Yield: 80 sausage balls.
May add milk or water and beef bouillon granules for variation. May be frozen and reheated.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 3 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine sausage, cheese and baking mix in bowl; mix well.
- Shape into small balls.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
- Drain
