Sausage Balls 2

Test Recipe

These may be frozen after forming balls and cooked later.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Crumble sausage and Bisquick together.
  2. Melt cheese in double boiler and pour over Bisquick mixture.
  3. Mix well and form into small balls.
  4. Bake at 375F about 8 minutes.
