Makes approximately 36 mini or 18 large muffins… we prefer the mini muffins.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups bisquick
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 lb. Sausage (browned, crumbled and drained)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended
- Spray muffin tins with pam
- Drop by spoonful until muffin tins are 2/3 full
- Bake at 350 degree for 10-12 minutes or until tops of muffins are golden brown
