Sausage Muffins

Test Recipe

Makes approximately 36 mini or 18 large muffins… we prefer the mini muffins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 lb. Sausage (browned, crumbled and drained)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended
  2. Spray muffin tins with pam
  3. Drop by spoonful until muffin tins are 2/3 full
  4. Bake at 350 degree for 10-12 minutes or until tops of muffins are golden brown
