Sinus Rinse

For use in Netty Pot or other nasal irrigation device

INGREDIENTS:

• 3/4 teaspoons of iodide-free (sea) salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
• 8 oz. lukewarm distilled or boiled water (boil together in microwave and let cool before using).
