INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly
- ½ c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Meatballs:
- Mix together ground chuck, eggs, salt, pepper and bread crumbs
- Make into small balls.
Sauce:
- Mix ketchup, juice, jelly and onion together until melted.
Cooking:
- Put balls in sauce and simmer 1 hour before serving.
