INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly
  • ½ c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS:

Meatballs:
  1. Mix together ground chuck, eggs, salt, pepper and bread crumbs
  2. Make into small balls.
Sauce:
  • Mix ketchup, juice, jelly and onion together until melted.
Cooking:
  • Put balls in sauce and simmer 1 hour before serving.
