Hush Puppies

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 c. corn meal
• 1 egg
• 1½ c. flour
• 1 c. milk
• 1½ c. sugar
• 1 c. grated onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend together.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. – Hot oil on teaspoon will make hush puppies drop better.
