Randy’s Poultry Rub

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (ground)

This 10x recipe fills a large plastic spice container.

  • 5 oz (by volume) kosher salt
  • 5 oz (by volume) paprika
  • 5 oz (by volume) garlic powder
  • 5 oz (by volume) onion powder
  • 2.5 oz (by volume) ground thyme
  • 3.3 oz (by volume) dried sage
  • 2.5 oz (by volume) ground black pepper
  • 2.5 oz (by volume) dried rosemary
  • 0.833 oz (by volume) (5 tsp.) cayenne¬†pepper
  • 0.833 oz (by volume) (5 tsp.)¬†celery seeds (ground)
