Party Cheese Ball

This is a delicious party cheese ball and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
• 1 (8 oz. pkg.) grated cheddar cheese
• 1 envelope of dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
• 2 c. chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix cream cheese and dry dressing with a fork;
2. Work in cheddar cheese;
3. Mix well.
4. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
5. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans.
