Martini – Dirty Vodka (Double)

Ingredients:

• Ice
• Water
• 2 olives
• 1.5 oz olive juice
• .5 oz dry vermouth
• 3 oz vodka

Instructions:

1. Place ice in the martini glass and fill with water.
   1. This will chill the glass while you mix the rest of the drink.
2. Place ice in the martini shaker.
3. Add vodka and olive juice.
4. Pour the ice and water out of the martini glass.
5. Pour the vermouth into the martini glass and swirl to coat the entire inside of the glass.
6. Pour the vermouth out of the martini glass.
7. Shake the vodka and olive juice in the shaker until very cold.
8. Place 2 olives into the martini glass.
9. Strain the vodka and olive juice into the glass.
10. Serve.
