Test Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup 80 proof Brandy
  • 1 cup 100 proof Vodka
  • 1/3 cup garam masala spices

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix ingredients in a sous vide bag
  2. Sous vide at 135 for 3-4 hours.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Strain in a French press.
