French Onion Dip – Easy

This is an easy, quick recipe for a decent french onion chip dip.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place sour cream in a small bowl.
  2. Add dried onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  3. Mix together very well until completely uniform.
  4. Taste with a chip and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dried onion to soften.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
