Crock Pot Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast, thawed (about 3 lbs.)
  • 1 can cranberry sauce (whole berry or jelly only)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 pkg Lipton  onion flavored Recipe Secrets Soup and Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • Half Stick butter (4 Tbsp – 2 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix cranberry sauce, orange, juice, sugar, and spices together in crock pot.
  2. Lay thawed turkey breast over the mixture.
  3. Coat breast with mixture.
  4. Add the butter (it will melt, eventually).
  5. After 90 minutes, spoon the mixture from the bottom over the turkey breast.
  6. Cook on low for 5 hours or until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit in the center.
