INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast, thawed (about 3 lbs.)
- 1 can cranberry sauce (whole berry or jelly only)
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 pkg Lipton onion flavored Recipe Secrets Soup and Dip Mix
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- Half Stick butter (4 Tbsp – 2 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix cranberry sauce, orange, juice, sugar, and spices together in crock pot.
- Lay thawed turkey breast over the mixture.
- Coat breast with mixture.
- Add the butter (it will melt, eventually).
- After 90 minutes, spoon the mixture from the bottom over the turkey breast.
- Cook on low for 5 hours or until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit in the center.
