Gingerbread Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 large egg
• 1/2 c. butter, unsalted, room temp
• 1 pkg. Spiced cake mix box

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add egg & butter in mixing bowl to combine
2. Sift cake mix into egg/butter & mix to combine. (Don’t over mix)
3. Chill dough 1-2 hours.
4. Roll dough between 2 sheets of wax paper.
5. Remove wax paper.
6. Bake 350 for 6-8 min or until edges turn slightly brown.
